During this unprecedented time of uncertainty, Northview's top priority is to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, employees, and communities. Our dedicated teams across the country are committed to ensuring all of our employees, residents, guests and tenants have a safe place to live, work and stay.

We are working diligently and taking precautionary measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our resident and commercial properties, hotels and communities. Some of the steps we have taken to date include:

Ongoing Monitoring

We have a COVID response team that is monitoring the constantly changing news in each of our regions and is reacting as quickly as possible. We are taking the most stringent actions possible in all regions even if they are at different levels of risk. We take the safety of our employees, residents, guests and tenants very seriously and will act in the best interest of everyone involved, this may mean some changes at our buildings can occur with little to no notice. We will continue to keep you up to date as changes happen.

Office Closure

With the health and safety of residents and staff being paramount at this time, we have closed our on-site management offices.

Please rest assured that although the office is closed, Northview personnel can still be reached and will remain actively involved in responding to residents and preserving continuity of service.

Maintenance Requests

Effective immediately only Emergency Work Orders in units will be addressed. Based on urgency, third-party service providers will be contacted to conduct the work in residential suites which may cause some delays. Work Orders deemed non-urgent will be deferred until normal operations are resumed.

Building Cleanliness

Property cleaning schedules will be maintained however there will be increased frequency and focus on disinfecting high traffic areas such as door handles/knobs, elevator call buttons, light switches, bathrooms, etc.

Building Amenities

In line with Public Health's recommended social distancing measures, the closure of building amenities will remain in effect. We will re-open them once it is deemed safe to do so.

Resident and Guest Responsibilities

If you, an occupant and/or guest have a suspected and/or confirmed case of the virus, we request that you contact our call center at 1-844-556-6784 or your local regional office. Based on the information provided to us, we will enact protocols to mitigate the spread of the virus.
